CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for our stylists and other clients, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation Requirements Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service selection. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full service fee of 100%. How to Cancel To cancel your appointment, please follow booking app prompt or contact your stylist directly using the payment method information provided in your booking confirmation email.
